1. Eligibility: Only legitimate companies offering genuine job opportunities are allowed to post on JITSOlutions-CareerLaunch Pad.
2. Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided in the job posting is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Legitimate Opportunities: The posted job should be a genuine employment or internship opportunity.
4. Respectful Communication: Communicate with potential candidates in a respectful and professional manner.
5. Non-Discrimination: Do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, or any other protected category.
6. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing employment and hiring practices.
7. Contact Limitations: Employers are restricted from contacting more than four (4) Talents in a day. Additionally, an Employers must not contact the same person more than two (2) times on the platform.
8. Competence Evaluation: Employers are responsible for assessing the competence level of prospective employees to ensure they meet organizational requirements. JITSolutions will not be liable for situations where employers hire without adequately vetting the skill set of candidates.
9. Email Matching: Employers have higher chances of getting responses when their contact email matches the domain of their company's website.
10. Anti-Spam Policy: Spamming is strictly prohibited. Employers are expected to adhere to ethical communication practices.

JITSOlutions-CareerLaunch Pad reserves the right to remove any User / Employers that violates these terms and conditions without notice.
