CCNA
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is the major entry level Cisco's certification system.

New CCNA syllabus includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking and Voice.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
The CCNP is considered proof of having the ability to work with medium-sized networks (between 100 and 500 end devices) and with technology such as QoS, broadband, VPNs, and security-minded features. To acquire a CCNP one must possess a CCNA certification.
CCNP
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification validates the ability to plan,
implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise networks and work
collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless and video solutions.
The CCNP certification is appropriate for those with at least one year of networking
experience who are ready to advance their skills and work independently on complex
network solutions. Those who achieve CCNP have demonstrated the skills required in
enterprise roles such as network technician, support engineer, systems engineer or network
engineer.
CFOT
FOA certification is based on an extensive knowledge of fiber optics technology and application as well as demonstrated skills in appropriate tasks. Most CFOTs work in the industry as contractors or installers. Consultants, network designers, estimators and trainers would also be expected to have such credentials. Many CFOTs are involved with the manufacture of fiber optic components such as cables, patchcords, active devices and systems.
However, the CFOT certification has been structured as a technology certification, not aligned to any specific job function. It is used by all installers, both outside plant and premises installers, two very different applications, plus component manufacturing technicians, network managers, network designers, etc.
A CFOT is expected to be knowledgeable in fiber optic technology and skilled in at least one particular application area, although many are generalists, skilled in many applications.
